My name is Martina, but my clients know me as Frau Kobido.I am a lawyer by education, a marketer by experience, and
a massage therapist by vocation. It was only through working with my hands that I found what I had always been looking for: true satisfaction and contact with other people. This is how Frau Kobido was born—a place created out of the need of the heart, a passion for beauty, and a desire for women to experience the luxury of natural rejuvenation in their comfort zone, i.e., the comfort of their own home or office.I believe that Kobido massage is not only an alternative to Botox or the scalpel, but a ritual that connects the body, emotions, and peace of mind.Privately, I am a wife, mother of two daughters, and for three years a happy resident of Dreiländereck, which I rediscover every day.
Kobido massage consists of several elements and many techniques used in each stage, which are described below:The first stage is makeup removal. Before starting the massage, the skin must be cleansed of makeup or makeup residue and other impurities. The second stage is deep tissue massage. The massage therapist uses techniques that relax the deeper layers of muscles and fascia. The specialist performs the massage slowly and precisely to relax the structures of the face, neck, and nape of the neck. The third stage involves techniques individually tailored to the patient's expectations and pain symptoms. Depending on the pain symptom or aesthetic problem that brings the patient to the clinic, it is worth choosing individual techniques that will be helpful and satisfying for the massage therapist and, above all, the patient. The fourth stage is deep relaxation and rest. The massage therapist uses gentle techniques that will calm the patient's nervous system and help them relax. The fifth stage is lymphatic drainage. This is the stage in which the massage therapist works on the lymph nodes, helping the body to get rid of excess lymph. This helps to remove swelling and puffiness from the face and neck areas. The sixth stage is lifting. This is the stage of Kobido massage in which stronger, faster, and more intense techniques are used. They are designed to stimulate and nourish the tissues and improve the appearance of the face, neck, and nape of the neck. Pinching, pulling, vibration, and tossing techniques are used here. The seventh stage is facial modeling using muscle manipulation.
